If I could give this 10 stars, I would! Absolutely fantastic care, attention and service from Cat. This was a gift and Cat sent photos of every stage of the packing and presentation. Nothing was too much trouble and she was genuinely excited that one of her bunnies was going to a good home. The recipient said that the bunny was well made, smelt amazing and has been a real keepsake. 100% recommended. Thank you Cat.

I received excellent customer service from Cat the moment that I placed my order at CatsPunkyStuff, from thanking me for my custom, to notifying me of postage and even sending me the photographic evidence. As soon as the delivery arrived, I was very impressed with the presentation, the attention to detail was clear to see, great care had been taken to ensure that the item was delivered with care, as well as the hand stamped wrapping paper giving a clue to the attentive craft inside and I was not to be disappointed, as the greeting card that I had purchased looked absolutely beautiful, everything seemingly had been thought through to ensure that the customer felt as if they were being given a first class service, such as yet again, the presentation and even a note enclosed for tips on protecting if sending through the post. This was a present for my Mum. I was really impressed with the postage wrapping ( I didn't even open it and rewrap myself as I was so impressed with how the seller had wrapped it). When my Mum opened it we were very impressed with the inside wrapping and presentation and the little note telling you about the product. The communication was good. The posting was very quick. The price of the lavender wand was very reasonable. I feel a lot of thought and love went into the making of this wand. I would very highly recommend this seller. I wish I could give the seller 10 stars. My Mum loves it. Thank you xx
